Mr. Muhittin Çiftçi, the Ankara Representative of the @okuryazarkitaplar Culture, Art, and Literature Community, paid a visit to Mr. Hamit Çelik, Deputy Director of TRT Ankara Radio.
The meeting took place in a sincere and constructive atmosphere, during which the community’s ongoing cultural, artistic, and literary initiatives were shared in detail. Mr. Çiftçi expressed his gratitude for TRT’s kind hospitality, emphasizing the projects carried out to enhance writers’ visibility and to contribute to the arts.
During the conversation, Mr. Hamit Çelik listened with great interest to the community’s activities and expressed his appreciation for the efforts of writers, whom he described as cultural ambassadors. Both parties exchanged ideas on potential collaborations between TRT and OKURYAZARKİTAPLAR, with particular enthusiasm surrounding the proposal to have plays written by the community’s playwrights performed as TRT Radio Theatre productions. This idea was seen as a significant step toward bringing literary works to a broader audience.
