Çoğu insanlar,yemek yemenin bir ihtiyaç olmasının yanısıra bir kültürel alış veriş de olduğunu pek fazla farkında değildir. Ama günümüzde artık diyebilirz ki,bunun farkına varılmıştır. .Şimdilerde pek çok yemek uzmanı( gurme,tedım uzmanı) çeşitli mecralarda yaptıkları yazılı,görselve dinyecisel yayınlarla bu çeşitli kültürlel hatta ritüel haline gelmiş geleneksel yemekleri hem tadıyor hemde tanıtıyor.
