Volunteer Recruitment has opened for the Royal World Cup

Volunteer Recruitment has opened for the Royal World Cup

The recruitment process has been launched today in the main office of the Amateur Muaythai Association of Thailand with a selection process of volunteers for the major muaythai competition – the Royal World Cup.
The recruitment at the Amateur Muaythai Association of Thailand involves face-to-face interviews during which recruiters brief candidates on opportunities that will be available during the Royal World Cup. The main focus of the interviewers lies in checking the candidates’ motivation, English and other language skills, stress resistance and ability to work in a team. Also the candidates’ expectations are taken into consideration to let both parties gain the most from this grand event.
“It has been a great experience for me to be part of the March Muaythai University Cup and the fact that muaythai is now recognised by FISU is, to some extent, the merit of the concentrated efforts of all of us. I am happy to be involved into the Royal World Cup as it promises to be the major muaythai event held in Thailand. I am sure that it is going to be much more exiting and interesting for all as we expect twice as more countries and about five times as more participants from all over the world. I feel proud to welcome participants and show them the true Thai hospitality”, says Natjan Jantriwong, the volunteer coordinator of the IFMA University World Muaythai Cup held in March.
